Do you offer free shipping and returns?

iNAMORATA offers free domestic shipping on orders over $125USD and free domestic returns.

Do you have a size chart? What size should I order?

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

Please get in contact with our customer service team at support@inamoratawoman.com as soon as possible with details on your order's change request. Our warehouse processes orders quickly, so changes cannot be promised. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any adjustments on international orders at this time.

Do you honor price adjustments?

We honor price adjustments for regular priced items that have been discounted within five(5) days from your purchase date if the item is still available for purchase upon your request.

When will my order ship?

To estimate the time of delivery, please note processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. During sale  and new collection launches may add additional days to order processing times and orders are dispatched in the order that they are received. Please check your order confirmation for any extra processing days that may occur. Inamorata is only able to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, U.S. Territories via USPS.

When do I get my tracking number?

As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. New collection launches may add additional days to order processing times and orders are dispatched in the order that they are received.

My package says delivered, but I cannot find it. What should I do?

If you purchased a Route package protection, please file your claim here. iNAMORATA is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments that are not covered by Route package protection.  

The item I want is out of stock, what should I do?

If the product you want is out of stock, we suggest you enter your email address to get notified when the product in your size is back in stock.

What is a pre-order item? When can I expect pre-ordered items?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. If an item is on pre-order, an estimated shipping date will be provided on the product page. 

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@inamoratawoman.com with your name, order number, and a quick description of the issue (with pictures if possible) and we will be more than happy to take care of it! Items sold during our warehouse sale are not eligible for return of refund.

U.S RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Items may be returned within 21 days of shipping date in the original condition they were sent in (tags and liners attached) for a full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable). Inamorata offers free returns and exchanges on domestic orders. Items marked as non-returnable or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally Route Package Protection is non-returnable. Please include your original invoice with your return. All returns are subject to inspection- items that have been worn, soiled, altered, or damaged are not eligible to return. Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender.

How do I exchange an item?

To exchange a style for a different size or color, please log into our returns and exchange portal here.  We offer complimentary shipping on direct exchanges on domestic orders. Direct exchange requests will be fulfilled dependent on stock availability at the time your return has been shipped back to us. If the item is out ofstock you will be automatically notified. You also have an option to reserve your item(s) with instant exchanges by authorizing your card to have your item(s) sent immediately(the original item(s) need to be shipped back to us within seven(7) days). We don't offer exchanges on international orders.

How do I return my order?

To initiate your domestic return, please log into our return portal here.

When your return is authorized, you will receive instructions and a prepaid shipping label(domestic returns) to your email.  Please allow up to two weeks for you to receive your refund.

Can I return an item I purchased on sale?

We accept items on sale back for return or exchange. However, items marked as final sale or discounted more than 40%  are not eligible for return or exchange. If an item is on final sale, it will be indicated on the product page. All items purchased during our warehouse sale are final sale - no exceptions. Additionally, all jewelry, scrunchies and Route package protection are non-returnable.

When can I expect my refund?

Your return will be processed within 14 days from the date our warehouse has received it. Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded in the original form of payment. If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price.

How much does do international returns cost?

There is a return fee of approximately $15USD charged in the currency the order was purchased in. This fee will be deducted from your total refund when the return is processed. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.
